There's no account and no server holding your tenants' details, because there's no server at all.

Is RentAssist free?
Yes, for up to two properties, for as long as you like, including rent tracking and compliance reminders. RentAssist Pro unlocks unlimited properties and tenants, maintenance tracking, reports and every compliance reminder, on a monthly or annual plan. New subscribers can try Pro free before paying, and the annual plan works out cheaper.
Which compliance deadlines can it track?
Gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs, deposit protection, right to rent checks, landlord database registration and rent reviews, among others. Pick a checklist for your country (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland) and RentAssist reminds you before each one is due. Mark it done and the next date is set for you.
Where is my tenants' data stored?
On your own devices, synced and backed up through your own iCloud account. RentAssist has no server and no account, so nobody else holds your tenants' names, addresses or phone numbers.
Does it work on both iPhone and iPad?
Yes. RentAssist runs on iPhone and iPad in portrait and landscape, and your properties, tenants, payments, repairs and deadlines sync between them over iCloud.
Does it support the UK tax year?
Yes. Reports are built around your tax year start date rather than the calendar year, and your region's tax year (6 April in the UK) is set up for you. You can choose pounds, euros, or US, Canadian, Australian or NZ dollars.
